How to regulate the flow of diaphragm pump and maintenance of diaphragm pump
the flow regulation of diaphragm pump is adjusted by rotating the regulating mechanism to change the piston stroke. Its principle is: rotate the handwheel of the adjusting mechanism (you can see the position change on the dial), and the axial transformation occurs through the adjustable shaft and the sliding shaft. This movement is transformed into the radial displacement of the eccentric through the chute on the sliding shaft, and the piston is pushed through the connecting rod. Due to the change of the piston stroke, the purpose of flow regulation is achieved. How to adjust the flow of the diaphragm pump and the maintenance of the diaphragm pump
the maintenance of the diaphragm pump is different from other types of pumps, and its key points are as follows:
1. During the inspection of the pump valve, attention should be paid to whether the sealing ring is aging and deformed, whether the spring force is seriously reduced for lifelong protection, and whether the valve port and valve core are worn. Such instruments were damaged and corroded more than 10 years ago. When installing, the valve end face should be flat with the flange surface of the pump body and cannot be recessed
2. When replacing the diaphragm, the pump head should be lifted in advance to prevent falling damage ----- Professor Wu Haihong of Henan University of technology is bad
3. Adjust Li Yueguang to calibrate the stroke length position (the stroke length is 5mm) when disassembling and assembling the segment mechanism. Remove the scale base, slide the scale ring into the calibration position, and the measured stroke length should be completely consistent with the scale
4. When disassembling the piston, take out the packing ring from its groove with a special pointed tool, and be careful not to damage the ring groove
5. The worm and worm gear shall be checked, and its teeth shall be intact without cracks or broken teeth. The meshing contact shall be checked during installation
