in recent years, high-end milk packaging represented by Tetra Pak has grown rapidly in the South; The northern and central and western regions are mainly economic milk packaging; Therefore, the low-grade packaging represented by plastic bag packaging accounts for 70% of the whole liquid milk market in this region, but the sterile pillows and sterile plastic bags produced by Tetra Pak are growing rapidly in the northern market, indicating that high-quality packaging is increasingly popular in the market

1. The packaging is too single

at present, Tetra Pak is used for aseptic packaging by domestic dairy and beverage giants such as Guangming, Yili, Sanyuan, Mengniu, Wahaha, Huiyuan, etc., accounting for more than 90% of the market share

2. The cost of packaging is too high

with the surge in production, the profit margin of dairy enterprises has not been significantly improved, and packaging monopoly is one of the important reasons. Experts pointed out that 1/3 of the cost of buying a bag of fresh milk in the mall is paid on the packaging

3. Aseptic packaging is not popular

the main advantage of aseptic packaging is that it can retain the original nutrients and flavor in food to the greatest extent and reduce losses under the condition of ensuring sterility. In recent years, aseptic plastic bag packaging and aseptic cup plastic bottle packaging have developed very rapidly. Aseptic plastic bag packaging mainly adopts pet aluminized film and PE composite; The aseptic cup packaging uses multi-layer co extruded sheets PP/PE/EVA/PVDC/PS or other similar material structures. But at present, aseptic packaging accounts for only 10% of dairy products in China, while developed countries account for 65%, which is an urgent need to improve and solve in liquid milk packaging
